In past, we have sent out some e-mails on ad-hoc basis (do you know what this word “ad-hoc” means? If not, please research and figure it out! Answer is worth one star). Most of you responded well and participated well.
So now, we are starting a newsletter of sorts with the main objective of bringing Parivar kids together, introducing newer ideas, concepts etc. to you and keeping you up-to-date with happenings in the word in general. Also, you have lot to share and we wanted to provide an outlet to them.
It started out with a set of e-mails from me and Anandhi describing various topics including Jules Verne and his science fiction stories, Thomas Edison and his inventions, Temperature scales etc. We also attempted to engage you by asking questions to which you can find answers by doing your own research. I think it worked well and engaged some of you nicely. We are expecting that most of you will eventually join in and become quite active.
So, here’s how you can participate:
We have named this newsletter “Nitya Nivedan”. The articles for this newsletter are posted as blog entries on Nitya Nivedan blog at http://nityanivedan.blogspot.com. However, we will need to invite you to view the entries on this blog. Please wait for a separate e-mail before you can join in. You see, we want this to be only for our Parivar kids to share ideas etc. Sometime in future, we may expand this to other kids if everybody agrees.
We are also inviting your parents to view and participate. They will send in ideas for articles. Even you can send in your ideas too (along with anything to share – your videos, photos, stories etc.).
We will be publishing this newsletter on first and sixteenth of the month. Every article is tagged accordingly. If you want to view the articles for a specific issue, you can click on the issue number or the date of the issue.
So, read away and enjoy. Send in your feedback and inputs.
